So here's a quieter way to frame it: does moving serve the next chapter, or substitute for knowing what it is? Sometimes a move is exactly right — the house was chosen by the business years ago, sized for a life you're done living. Sometimes the move is just the most concrete decision available when everything else is fog. The first is worth making. The second can wait until it becomes the first.
You don't have to know yet. The market keeps no score on when you decide. When the house question gets its turn, I'll be the easiest part of your year. Just call.
